Synopsis
Ashton Garrison walked away from a privileged life in order to hide from the one thing she’s not willing to face. She knows she left behind a trail of pain, but in the long run, her betrayal will hurt less than the truth. She now has one goal: Live life to the fullest with no regrets and no attachments. She has high hopes that a move to new surroundings will provide the escape she desires, but what Ashton doesn’t count on is how fate always seems to find a way to screw up any good plan. FIRST, WHEN YOU READ THIS BOOK, YOU BETTER HAVE KLEENEX ON YOUR SIDE.
I let my tears roll down on my cheeks while reading this. it’s good that nobody sees me at that moment, because they will not understand why I’m crying over a book. /can’t stop sobbing/ Before reading this book, I didn’t read the synopsis of this story or any reviews.
This is my first book from Tifanny King, so I’m really excited to review this.
In this story you will meet one of the strongest woman I have met in the world of fiction, Ashton Garrison, and one of the hottest guy *eeeeekers* Nathan Lockton.
The story is very light at first, you will feel curious to what Ashton ran from her house and why Nathan is looking for Ashton.
Thanks to Ms. Tiffany for writing this book. *bear hugs* Ashton and Nathan meet at the bar when Ashton’s friends pursue her to get laid that night….. well it’s on her bucket list too.
So she agreed! Well That’s where she meets Nathan.
The attraction between them you cannot deny.
But she didn’t know that Nathan has a mission that he need to finish.
He needs to find his target and that should be no attachments or no emotion involved. that’s his job! Ashton and Nathan agreed to the arrangement.
Convinced their selves that their relationship is no attachment relationship. But the arrangement of them didn’t go according to their plan.
They fell in love. Unbeknownst to Ashton, Nathan is hired by someone to track her down when she disappeared. Nathan wants to know why she ran away, he wants to know her secrets.
I never expect that part where Ashton told Nathan the reason why she ran away. and I tell you guys, it nearly break my heart.
It’s very touching, sweet, and heartfelt story. oh did i mention hot?.. Yes, there was that too! 🙂 The bike riding… I can’t stop laughing at that scene. Oh Nathan! *blush*
