Synopsis

Orgasmic Meditation? Therapeutic?! Kaylee Baker is horrified when her girlfriends suggest a trip to artsy Boulder, Colorado, to check out the latest craze. What her friends don’t know about Kaylee is that she is a little repressed, bordering on frigid, and the idea of a complete stranger bringing her to orgasm–therapeutic or not–is horrifying.

Blaze Donahue has admired Kaylee from afar for quite some time, and part of the reason he’s kept his distance is because he’s had no indication that she might even be interested. But when he’s given the opportunity to offer her his own version of OM with no strings attached, he makes an offer she has a hard time refusing.

When there are undeniable sparks between the two, Kaylee runs, afraid of the overwhelming feelings she has for this gorgeous, sensitive guy. Blaze feels compelled to convince her otherwise but wonders if he’ll be able to crack through the ice surrounding this sweet girl. Can they find true love or will it just be a one-time O?

My Review

Finger Bang is different from other Jade books i have demolished. It’s more carefree, its more humorous and light hearted and i actually finished it pretty damn fast; flicking through the pages, besotted with Blaze and Kaylee’s relationship. I have to admit, it took a little while for me to get into the book, but once i was in, that was it. I adore Jade and her books, none of them ever letting me down, none of them ever the same and Jade certainly knows how to hook you and how to keep you interested in the story, in the characters, in the development. And even though this book is shorter than her previous ones, i still really really enjoyed the premise of it, of the development of the characters, especially Blaze and Kaylee.

As mentioned, Finger Bang is much more light hearted than her previous books but i loved that. I loved that Jade went ahead and wrote it anyway. It’s a light relief with some dirty erotica thrown in too – but of course, with the title, it was going to be 😉

I felt so much sympathy towards Kaylee. How could you not? I never had a strict upbringing, my family arent religious and i was never felt like i couldnt do anything or tell them anything (okay, some things they SHOULDNT know about 😉 ) but other than that, i didnt have anything along the lines of Kaylee’s upbring. It made her reserved, made her afraid and freaked out and closed off and becuase of that, she came across as icy, bitchy and a little up herself but you could see why. See why she didnt go out, why she didnt like to talk about sex and why she kept herself to herself. She was brought up that way and she had believes that were embedded into her that made her that way.

I enjoyed watching her grow, watching her break out of her shell day by day, watching her take charge of herself and with her parents and her relationship. Although at time she was still timid, it was a nice gradual shell-shredding of discomfort and nigglings at the back of her mind, to someone who blossomed with love and her sexuality with the help of Blaze.

I liked Blaze. He was charming and sexy and completely different from all of Jade’s characters, especially his passion for the environment and i really liked him. He is the brother of one of Kaylee’s friends and has always had a soft spot for her. He never knew why she was so frosty and icy towards everyone but the more he gets to know her, the more he understands. I liked him for taking a chance on her, for being there for her and letting her get used to being in a romantic and sexual relationship; for taking it at Kaylee’s speed.

I liked that he awakened her, both sexually and personally. He brought out a little sexy kitten, letting her know it was okay to like sex and orgasms and everything that comes with being in a sexual relationship. They learned about each other’s bodies, what made them tick, what they liked as well as getting to know each other inside out. I liked Blaze around Kaylee. He was perfect for her, the perfect gentleman with a cheeky side, a dirty mouth and amazing fingers 😉

I adored Blaze and Kaylee together, i liked watching their relationship from the start, to the very end, through all the trails and tribulations they go through, alone and together and i loved being inside their heads. Knowing what they were thinking about the other, their feelings and their worries, especially Kaylee and her reserved, timidness but the more time you spend with these two, the more you know they bring out the best in one another and that is what we all want and need in a relationship.

Finger Bang is a great book to read if you are after steamy sex scenes…holy crap, the first one ;), humour and madness from best friends, a shy, timid girl who grows each day and learns to not be afraid and a smoking hot guy who loves his girl and brings out the best in her. I truly truly adore this book and its a refreshing change from all the books I’ve read recently. If you are looking for something different, something sexy and fun, then Finger Bang it all the way 😉

Excerpt

Kaylee squeezed her eyes closed and she could feel the anticipation build inside her, waiting for his finger to touch her. God, why wouldn’t her heart slow down? Trying to force herself to relax as he’d requested, she let her head fall back against his shoulder. She heard him whisper, “That’s it.”

And then he slid his finger down her slit. Oh. Okay. Oh, yeah. So…that felt really nice. Yeah, she’d have no problems focusing on the sensations he was going to create. That felt spectacular.

Another stroke. Oh, God, yeah. Yeah. Her last boyfriend had gone down on her a couple of times and it had felt nice, but he’d assaulted her with his tongue, and the sensations had been nice but overwhelming, and she hadn’t relaxed. No. She’d been quite tense, in spite of the good feelings.

Blaze, though, he was taking it slow as though he hadn’t a care in the world. Another stroke, and she had plenty of time to think about it, enjoy it, let the music wash over her while she could take in a deep breath of air and relish what was going on.

Okay, so maybe she’d been wrong. Maybe this was a fucking awesome idea, and she couldn’t wait to talk about it with her roommates. It was—

“Mmm.”

Holy shit. She’d just let a noise escape her mouth. Well, it wasn’t like she could have stopped it. It was feeling so damn—

A gasp. Wow. What the hell was he doing? She didn’t want him to stop. It was amazing. Each time his finger moved up and down over her, she could tell now that something was imminent. If he kept doing it, something was going to happen. She was building to something that was going to blow her mind, that much she knew now, and she wouldn’t have wanted him to quit for anything.

That was when she felt his warm lips on her neck, kissing her. Somehow he knew what to do to make her feel incredible, because his lips just added to whatever the hell he was doing below. Her breath was coming in gasps now, deep, hitting the bottom of her lungs as she drew each one in, and she could feel some weird connection between her clit and her brain. They were working in unison now and the world outside her house might have been burning down for all she knew and cared, because now her whole world was Blaze.

No. Make that his finger.

No. Not just his finger. His lips. His body cupping hers.

Excerpt

Blaze said, “Ladies, I don’t think this gang bang thing is for everyone. Can you blame the poor girl?”

Oh. Girl? He thought of her as a girl? Well, there went those fantasies out the window. Still, Kaylee took a deep breath and gathered up as much dignity as she could and said, “Definitely not for me.” She found her tongue. “I’m sorry, but I don’t want to get naked in front of a stranger, and I definitely don’t want to have one touching me…especially that way.”

Rachel leaned over the table and tipped her glass at Kaylee as though it were a pointer. “I’ll loosen you up before you graduate if it’s the last thing I do.” She sat back up and what little sobriety she had seemed to possess just seconds ago had disappeared. “In the meantime, Maddy, Shannon? Come with me to the bar to fetch more drinks and we can iron out the details without making our prudish friend blush.”

Well, too late. As the three women slid out of the booth, Kaylee felt just that—a mad red flush racing up her face, stinging her cheeks. She hoped it wasn’t evident in the bar or maybe she could blame it on drinking, but Rachel had, with her few words, made Kaylee not only feel prude but embarrassed. And in front of all people…

Once the women were up, though, Blaze showed no inkling of having registered his sister’s last words. Kaylee began to feel awkward then. What the hell would she say to this super hot guy and after a conversation like that? She had decided to ask him how classes were going when he said, “I can’t blame you really. I don’t think I could do that either.” He grinned. “Even though I find the idea exciting.” Kaylee felt her cheeks redden again, but she smiled before looking down at her glass once more. “Not gonna pay for it, though. Fuck that.”

Kaylee picked up her glass and sipped what little was left in it, simply to have something to do. She didn’t know what to say so she nodded her head and smiled. She’d always found Blaze’s looks and charm intimidating, so she was feeling more than a little tongue-tied. She didn’t want him to think she was a snooty bitch, though, so she said, “I agree.”

He rested his chin on his arms on the chair and said, “What’s the part that has you freaking out more? The fact that it would be a stranger or that you’d be paying for it?”

His question helped her relax a little. It felt like he was taking a practical approach and wanted to discuss the matter as two adults. They weren’t actually talking about orgasms or…fingers and clits, for God’s sake. So she took a deep breath and gave the matter a little thought. It didn’t take long for her to say, “I think it’s that it’s a stranger.” She didn’t know why she felt compelled to continue—especially with Blaze—but she did. “Seriously. It’s hard enough to relax and then you have someone you’ve never met before trying to make you feel good. I can’t imagine.” She smiled and rolled her eyes, hoping she appeared relaxed now, because she was far from it.

Blaze didn’t intend to help the matter at all. “What if it was you and me?”

Had she heard him right? And why the hell was her heart thudding in her chest? She had a hard time sucking in a breath, but when she was able to, she asked, “What do you mean?” Her voice was so low, she was surprised he could hear it.

“If I was the therapist.” He sat up and used the index and middle fingers of both his hands to air quote his last word. “You know…Maddy, Shannon, and my sister go to Boulder to have some stranger finger bang them, but what if someone you knew took care of you here?

Her jaw didn’t drop to the table but she had lost all words. She just wished she could figure out

if Blaze was yanking her chain or giving her the offer of a lifetime.

Excerpt

It was chilly in the basement. It was unfinished—concrete floors and walls, and a couple of shelves along one wall. It appeared to be the same size as the ground floor, but there were no walls. It was wide open. Mark wheeled out a few space heaters that had been hugging the wall, plugged them in, and turned them on. I stood next to one before deciding to go back upstairs to grab my coat. As I passed Diesel, he gave me a hateful look and that made me want to leave for good. So I grabbed my coat upstairs, but instead of heading back to the basement where the guys were tuning their instruments, I went into the bathroom and leaned against the counter, trying to decide if I wanted to find a place to sit tight or if I wanted to be brave and sit downstairs with a look of defiance on my face. Not sitting in the basement would be giving up. It would, on some level, be cowardly, and I knew that until his friends accepted me, I’d have to get used to their coldness. While it upset me on a personal level, I could understand where they were coming from when I really thought about it. Either they thought I broke up Kage’s marriage and I was here flaunting it (before the wedding corpse was even cold, so to speak) or they simply didn’t like a woman barging in on their guy time, especially practice time. If that was the case, I didn’t want to sit in there. I knew they were creating and working, and I didn’t want to interfere with it or make them feel awkward. If those had been the only vibes I thought I was getting, I could live with it and I’d even offer to stay out. Unfortunately, I was positive that wasn’t all I was feeling.

So I looked at my face in the mirror as though reasoning with myself, weighing the pros and cons that would influence my decision. I felt like Scarlett in Gone with the Wind, getting dressed before Melanie’s birthday party, only I didn’t have a Rhett demanding that I had to go. I was my own Rhett too, chiding myself for not moving, not going in there and dealing with whatever cold shoulders they wanted to give me. It was then, as I was focusing on my breathing and working up my courage, that I heard a tap on the door. I cleared my throat. “Yes?”

It was Kage. “Everything okay in there?”

I hadn’t lied to this man yet, and I wasn’t about to now. “No, not really.”

“Are you sick?”

“No.” I faced the door and turned the knob, peeking my head out.

“What’s wrong?”

I opened the door farther, inviting him in. I lowered my voice. “I feel really awkward around those guys. I know they resent me, and that’s fine, but I can’t decide if I want to hang out in the basement. I don’t know if they’re hating me because they think I’m the reason why you broke up with Fay or if they just don’t want me to watch you practice.”

He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close after closing the door behind him. “Or maybe they’re pissed because I got the girl.”

I raised my eyebrows and smiled in spite of myself. “Oh, that’s not it.”

“Maybe it is.” I knew he was full of shit, but I didn’t mind when his lips brushed mine or when he drowned me in a kiss. It was easy to forget what I’d been feeling just moments ago. “They’re just going to have to get used to you.” He scanned my eyes until he could see my understanding, and then he kissed me once more. “Was it my imagination, or did you like my hand on your leg at the dinner table?”

If I’d blushed easily, my cheeks would have turned pink then, because I was surprised at how well he’d learned to read me in such a short time. My voice sounded hoarse and foreign to my ears when I responded. “The naughty side of me wanted you to keep going.”

Excerpt

When Brad caught Nick outside the apartment after work, he asked him to take a walk. “How you feeling?”

“What do you mean?”

“Well, the past few weeks have been pretty emotional. You holding up okay, man?”

“Yeah.” Nick shrugged. He was quiet for a little bit but then said, “Things have been a little weird, though.”

“Yeah.” He cleared his throat. “I was thinking about calling a meeting.”

“You think that would help?”

Brad took a deep breath. “Honestly? I have no fucking idea. But…I hate the idea of waiting for the next time, you know? I’d like a promise from Ethan that we’re done with this phase of our lives.”

“You don’t really think he’d make a promise like that, do you?”

“No. Wishful thinking.”

They walked in silence for a minute and then Nick said, “You know what’s going on with Val and Ethan, right?”

A ringing started in his ears, and he felt dread as a shiver tickled his spine. He knew he wasn’t going to like what Nick had to say, but he needed to know. “What?”

Nick stopped walking and Brad turned to face him. “I’m only telling you this because it’s only fair to you. I’m not sure what all is or was going on between you and Val, but I don’t want—anyway, uh…Ethan proposed to Val.”

It felt like the air had been knocked out of his lungs. When he got his bearings, he sucked in a deep breath of air. Had he heard Nick right? “What?”

“Ethan asked Val to marry him. I, uh…don’t know if it’s totally official yet, but…”

Brad couldn’t hear him after that, and it felt as though the world turned black. He already knew. If Ethan proposed, he knew Val accepted. He felt numb.

Somehow he had the presence of mind to say, “Don’t say anything about me and Val to Ethan. That shit’s over.”
“Yeah. No way. It’s not like she was cheating on him.”

Brad felt like he was going to throw up. He grew quiet, walking back to the apartment with Nick, but his mind was trying to find a way to deal with the worst news it had ever received.

Excerpt from Backstage Passion: Tangled Web

Jade C. Jamison

He shut the door and stood, facing Katie. “Well?” Katie drew in a deep breath. She was grateful that she wasn’t getting the vibes off him she had at their last face-to-face meeting. That night outside the bar when he could hardly stand to look at her was one of the worst nights of her life. She’d never felt so miserable as she had then, and she was convinced until today that she’d lost the best friend she ever had. She felt relieved now but knew there was still more she needed to say.

Johnny leaned back onto the counter, not sitting but no longer standing, his legs stretched out so that his eyes were almost level with Katie’s. There were no chairs to sit on in the room, and Katie was all right with that. This wasn’t that kind of conversation, and she didn’t need to relax. She took another deep breath before she began. “I just feel like we left things on a bad note the last time I saw you.”

Johnny shrugged, a wan smile on his face. “Hey. I’m over it, okay?” His smile finally moved up into his eyes a little bit. “No harm done. We’re still friends.”

“Yeah, but…” Katie forced herself to look in his eyes. “I just want you to know none of what happened was meant to intentionally hurt you.”

“Yeah, I know. You already told me that. And you’re forgiven, okay? We don’t have to keep talking about it.”

Katie swallowed. Wow. This was hard, and he wasn’t going to let her relieve her own guilty conscience. That was fair, she guessed. “Well, I just wanted to thank you, though, because if we hadn’t…done what we did…I would probably be married now and stuck in an endless, soul-sucking job for the rest of my life.”

Johnny’s mouth screwed up into a ball before he said, “I thought you liked your job.”

“I thought I was doing something important, and I was good at it, but I don’t think I could honestly say that I liked it. But…” Johnny finally raised his eyebrows, encouraging Katie to continue. “You remember what I planned to do after high school?”

“Yeah. You’re were gonna write the great American novel.” Katie nodded. “Weren’t you going to go to CU or something and study English or creative writing or something like that?”

She nodded again. “Yeah, but I found out before I left that dad already had cancer. I couldn’t go. So I went to WCC and then transferred, and by then I already had plenty of credits that applied to sociology, and my advisor steered me there. There was no value to a creative writing degree, she said. Creative writing degrees were a dime a dozen. She told me I could write while working at a job that paid the bills. So I just did it—she told me sociology was a diverse and growing field, and I had the aptitude for it. And before you know it, I’m pulling bruised and broken kids out of alcoholic homes, neglected and sick kids out of meth homes, and counseling parents who have no clue how to keep a clean house and pay the bills. It’s an important job, but it was killing me.

“I don’t regret staying home to go to school. In fact, I think I would never have forgiven myself if I’d missed that time with dad. But you reminded me of how I felt when we were ready to leave school and conquer the world, when we had hopes and dreams, and…

He lowered his head, peering into her eyes. “And?”

“Well, I’m going to school here in Denver now, working on an MFA in Creative Writing.”

“What’s an MFA?”

“A Master of Fine Arts. I should be done in another year or so.”

“So now you’re going for it.” She nodded. “That’s good, Katie. You should.” His face was unlined and earnest, his eyes peering into hers.

She had so much more to say, but she was now close up to him, her face less than a foot away from his, those dark blue eyes framed by long, dark lashes almost crying out to her. She wanted to profess her deepest feelings to him, but she didn’t think she’d be able to get the words right. Maybe on paper she would’ve had a chance, but here, live, she doubted herself. She wasn’t an impromptu stage performer like Johnny. And being near him again, all she could do was remember their one night together as they were meant to be. It had been almost a year ago, and yet she could remember the way his tongue tasted in her mouth, the way his back muscles had felt under her fingertips, the way his skin smelled, the way his hands felt on her breasts, her hips, her back. She couldn’t forget the feeling of being so close with someone who had meant so much to her for so long, who knew her inside better than anyone else and yet had never tasted her intimately until that one time. It was a perfect feeling, and it had lasted but a few short minutes, before the guilt had weighed her down. And now she had no reasons to feel guilty anymore. She stared into those eyes of his that were as blue as the Rockies on a clear day and couldn’t hold herself back any longer. She had no way to stop herself, and she watched as though from outside as her hands cupped his cheeks. She closed the gap between them and brushed his lips with hers.

But the brush became insistent. He seemed to pause at first as she kissed him, but he responded quickly. As her arms wound around his neck, his wrapped around her waist and pulled her closer. And Katie thought that maybe her lips could say what her voice hadn’t been able to.

BESTSELLING AMAZON AUTHOR

Jade C. Jamison was born and raised in Colorado, moved from one city/town to the next, and she’s decided she likes it so much she wants to stay…although travel is not out of the question. She lives in a big town in Colorado (not unlike Winchester!) with her husband and four children. She is working on becoming a crazy cat lady. Okay, so maybe not.

Still want more? Jade has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Theater, a master’s degree in English, and a master of fine arts in Creative Writing. Obviously, she loves school and the student loan folks love her. She works in human services by day, teaches English and creative writing at night, and—in between playing soccer mom and community leader—writes like a fiend. Someday soon, she’ll narrow it down to just writing, but let’s get all those kids off to college first.

17567890Synopsis

Ethan Richards has fought depression and a host of other demons all his adult life, and it’s caused him to lose everything—his wife, his son, his friends, and he almost loses the one thing that means the most to him—his band. He hits rock bottom and believes there is no way out.

Enter Jenna McCormick, a feisty drug and alcohol counselor, a woman with her own share of troubles. She finds Ethan intriguing but keeps him at a distance while trying to help him face life without crutches. She feels a spark but denies it, knowing that a relationship with unstable Ethan could be dangerous for both of them.

Ethan knows what he wants, though, and isn’t used to being told no. Jenna isn’t willing to risk Ethan losing his tenuous grip on sobriety, however, and is prepared to deny her deeper feelings to help Ethan climb out of his hole, but he learns how to let go of his pain when he finds that someone is prepared to walk with him through the shadows. Can he convince Jenna that they should take a chance on love or will they forever deny their feelings in an effort to keep Ethan on the straight and narrow?

My Review

*Arc provided by Jade in return for an honest review*

I have been fan of Jade’s from technically the very start. When she had less that 100 LIKES on Facebook. I found one book of hers and then from then on I was hooked. I am so proud and absolutely love that she is getting the recognition that she deserves. She is a great person to know and talk to and she writes amazing books (Everything But is one of my favs). Bullet definitely put her on the map and I am so privileged to again, be a part of her book tour for Rock Bottom (#2).

Firstly, if you haven’t read Bullet, where have you been these past couple of months? Go read my review HERE then go and buy it. Rock Bottom is about Ethan from Bullet and to be honest, not a massive fan of him so I really hoped that Jade would be changing my mind about him in Rock Bottom.

And Jade has done it again. I despised Ethan in Bullet but my god, Jade makes you change your mind about him, makes you understand him and learn about him and you cant help but fall in love with him. Rock Bottom is definitely a 5 star book and as always, I love every word she has written in this book. She makes you feel. So many feels. You will be angry at Ethan, you will then switch and feel sorry for him, want him to change himself for the better, want him to love and be loved back and be the best guy that he can, putting his drug and alcohol abuse behind him and of course, try to overcome his past.

If you have read Bullet, then you know the story between Ethan and Val, and basically how toxic it was, how Ethan was a damn right douchebag to her after a while (I did like him, and then no-way José). Taking drugs, cheating on her and just fucking her around, so when she ended up with who she did, well I was literally hoping for this ending and for her to end up with… 😉

So now in Rock Bottom, we get to the bottom of Ethan. Of his childhood, his drug habits, why he did everything to Val and to be honest, you really get to know him so much better. You begin to understand him more, feel sorry for his upbringing and the way it shaped him. But then add in Jenna – His group councillor and perhaps there is hope for Ethan after all!

I’ll start with Jenna first. Jenna is a councillor for a drug and alcohol support group and shes a damn good one at that. She understands and guides and helps everyone in the group and they all trust her with everything. She knows what to say to them to help them stay on the straight and narrow. She’s a strong character but in a way that is a front. Just like her group, she too, is broken but she doesn’t show it, she buries it away in the hope that it doesn’t resurface. She doesn’t want to relive it and her tattoo is a reminder of the past and how she won’t.

I adored Jenna. She was such a breath of fresh air, so lovely and strong but inside she was broken too. It took Ethan’s stories to hit a cord in her to make her see that she does need to figure out her own shit as she kept saying she was a fraud but you could see the love she had for her group, how much they loved her and you couldn’t help falling in love with her too.

You could see just how amazing and how great she was to and for Ethan – to his progress and to finding love again, someone to fully love everything about him and to make him see that he can overcome his addiction, that she will always be there for him no matter what and she believes in him. Their relationship was something that you just were addicted too (wrong choice of word? :P) and you will be obsessed with them both and how they both help one another.

She really is the best thing to ever be in Ethan’s life (bar Chris of course, that little cutie)

Now Ethan. He really is the guy you love, then hate then love again. He really did redeem himself, in my opinion, in Rock Bottom. It took a lot for him to admit he had a problem, for him to act upon it and for him to actually want to change, and he did it all for Chris – his son (and then Jenna). Of course, he is a douchebag and the Ethan we know at the start but he slowly lets his defences down, knows he needs to get over his addiction and Jenna seems to be his new one, which I loved. Despite the back and forth, Ethan found someone to focus on and he sure as hell wasn’t going to let her go once he found her.

He does some soul-searching, we find out a hell of a lot about his childhood and why he acted the way he did with the band and of course, to Val. He was so lost and depressed and you understand him so much more in Rock Bottom. You feel so sorry for him, for everything he has been through and you feel so proud of him for getting his life back on track, for finding Jenna and finding solace in her.

You can completely see why he and Val just weren’t meant to be, but he and Jenna totally are. They are soul mates. They understand each other, understand addiction and they really are the perfect match. Their chemistry was instant, sparks flew and they are amazing together. Even the sex connected them together and Jade always writes great sex scenes 😀

Rock Bottom is completely different to Bullet. Bullet was about the band and Val and making it in the music industry, but now Rock Bottom – it’s all about Ethan. His journey to becoming a better man and to getting over his addiction to drugs. About falling in love and being happy for once in his life. And he is, happy that is. With Jenna. And with having Chris – his son back in his life.

Chris is the cutest kid ever and I was so glad that Ethan cleaned his act up for Chris and before having him back in his life. Everything was for Chris and you can see the love Ethan has for his child and how Chris loves Ethan back too. Their bond was the sweetest!!

I cannot tell you how much I loved this book. It’s different from Bullet but I was glad. I loved that it was Ethan’s, that we got to find out so much more about him but also that he redeemed himself and that I actually love him now. Yes, you read that correct. It deals with some heavy issues but Jade wrote them perfect and she deals with them in a sensitive manner. Something I knew Jade always does!

Love you Jade and thank you once again for a brilliant book! ❤

Here is to Brad and Jet’s books now 😉

BEST SELLING AMAZON AUTHOR ~

Jade C. Jamison was born and raised in Colorado and has decided she likes it enough to stay forever. Jade’s day job is teaching Creative Writing, but teaching doesn’t stop her from doing a little writing herself.

Unfortunately, there’s no one genre that quite fits her writing. Her work has been labeled romance, erotica, suspense, and women’s fiction, and the latter is probably the safest and closest description. But you’ll see that her writing doesn’t quite fit any of those genres.

You’ll have to discover Jade’s writing for yourself to decide if you like it.

Day 24 – A book that you wish more people would’ve read

HMmm okay,I’m going to say Jade. C Jamison – Everything But.

You can find my review HERE

For those of you who are avid readers of my blog, you should know by now that i freaking love Jade! And now that Bullet has been such a huge success, Jade deserves it all!

Jade sent me a few books of her to read and review and Everything But was one of them. Like her other books, I became hooked, needing to finish them, but with Everything But, I completely just fell in love.

It’s a book about a rockstar (You wouldn’t expect anything else ;)) and a high school teacher who have both been burnt in the past. It’s about about two tormented souls who have been scorned by ex-lovers. They are afraid to fall in love. But the more time they spend together and tackle issues from their past, the more they are falling for one another and it scares them both but they just cant stay away from each other.

It truly is a great book and one of my favs and i wish more people knew about it!
