The moment I walked in to find Mr. Tall, Dark, Handsome, and Oh So British–my mind-blowing one night stand–as my photographer for the shoot that could change it all, I knew life was throwing me a curveball.
The moment he, Tyler Stone, walked into my best friend’s apartment, I knew that curveball was heading straight for my gut.
The hit comes in the form of a no-strings proposition… One that gives him utter control over my body.
If I surrender, that curveball is steadily en-route for a collision course with my heart.

He’s a sex addict. I’m a love addict.

Tyler grabs my arm and tugs me into what looks like an office. He closes the door behind us and spins me into him. “You really are a feisty little thing, aren’t you?”

“Fuck you, asshole.” I glare up at him, shaking his hand from my arm and stepping back.

“Damn, Liv, why don’t you tell me how you really feel?” he says with a smirk.

“Why? So it can go right over your egotistically enlarged head?”

“I might consider it for a moment… Actually, on second thought, you’re right. I won’t pay any attention.”

“You are the most arrogant, self-entitled, patronizing bastard I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life,” I hiss anyway. “And before you mention the pleasure, because you inevitably will, you should know the displeasure far outweighs the measly amount of pleasure you’ve given me.”

Tyler’s eyes darken and he closes in on me, grabbing the back of my head and pulling me into him. His fingers thread through my hair and tug my head back so I’m looking at him, and, “Measly bit of pleasure? Didn’t seem so small when you were screaming my name and begging for more.”

“Clearly you’ve never watched When Harry Met Sally. That movie taught a woman everything she needs to know about faking it.”

He presses his lips to mine in a crash of teeth and a tangle of tongue. He grips my hip and pulls me toward him forcefully, his grasp on my hair never easing as he sweeps his tongue through my mouth. The zinging tension of earlier is back, except this time it’s worse and it’s swirling around us and holding us together. Holding his mouth against mine, our bodies flush together.

My anger swiftly changes to desire at the feel of his teeth nibbling my bottom lip, and a whimper leaves me involuntarily when he pulls away.

“I don’t believe for a second you fake it, Liv.” He ghosts his nose along my jawline. “I can feel the realness of your reaction in your body. I saw it earlier—I felt it earlier. My fingers barely brushed your gorgeous arse and you moved away as if I’d run them along your pussy. Your body responds to me whether you want it to or not, and it does it so clearly. So obviously.”

“My body is a liar,” I breathe when he sucks on my earlobe lightly.

“Much like you.” His words are spoken again my skin with a gentle brush of his lips.

“My dislike of you is no lie, Tyler.”

“Well, your body didn’t get the memo, babe. Your body likes me. A fucking lot.”

So this is a story… #RARE14

IMG_4066   All about my time in Edinburgh.

I haven’t had the time to write about my trip to The Land of The Hot Guys in Kilts until now but I have been gushing about Edinburgh for the past week to my work colleagues. Pretty sure they want to slap me to shut me up.

If you follow me on Twitter, you would see that two days before I was jetsetting on an hour and a half flight from Cardiff to the sexy land of accents, my flight was cancelled…yes, i wasnt told until i got to the online check-in and right now I am still fighting to get a refund back off the 3rd party I booked with. So i was freaking out, my work colleague was angry for me and i was going to cry. So i purchased another ticket, which cost me sooooo much more than I originally paid for. Thank God for pay day hey.

So with my new flight tickets, my suitcase filled to the brim, Thursday came around and it was time to get my arse to the airport and wait impatiently for my flight. As someone who HATES flying, i had the two seats to myself as the plane was relativity empty. This didnt bode well for me when turbulence happened but i focused on reading Scoring Wilder to get me through it. When we neared Edinburgh, i actually worked up the courage to look outside and – my god – i was in lust. The greenery, the mountains, the water….it was beautiful and i was in love and i hadnt even put my feet on the ground. My eyes didnt leave that scenery until we were skidding down the runway to a stop.

After collecting my luggage and directing myself to a taxi, I was on my way the hotel, where Emma (Hart) was awaiting my arrival in our room. I stared out the window the whole ride, a small smile graced my face and when I paid the driver, got my room key, it was just my luck the stupid door wouldnt open, so with a knock, Emma opened it and it was madness. I have been speaking to Emma since last year, been with her since the Never Forget series and now I was standing in front of her, sharing a room with her. I SHARED A ROOM WITH A NY TIMES AUTHOR.

As you do on your first meeting, I made her get her swag out and sat on the floor, riffling through her bags, just for you 😉 We wandered around the shops across the road and then Sofie Hartley and her family arrived! Her little boy is amazing, I wanted to take him back home with me. He’s so cute and funny and I think me and Emma became besotted with him. We were late to the meal at the Hard Rock Cafe, but we still enjoyed the drinks and the view 😉 Processed with Moldiv

Friday came around and Emma, Sofie and I popped into Edinburgh before the both of them buggered off to the Author meal to visit The Elephant House (Harry Potter). As soon as we got out of the car, we spotted postcards…with MEN IN KILTS on them. Of course we snatched some up. MEN IN KILTS GUYS. We then became all touristy and snapped pics of TEH and wandered into the graveyard to find Harry Potter graves. We aren’t creepy at all.

So when Emma and Sofie left me, I had to run back to the hotel as I forgot my ticket to collect my tickets for the signing. We had a train/tram line right outside out hotel, so I decided to get the tram back into Edinburgh to meet up with a friend (whom i used to work with in Cardiff who now lives in Edinburgh). I felt like such a tourist, snapping photos from my tram seat, but i did it! I navigated to Princes Street and up to the Hard Rock Cafe to wait for her. Pretty sure the bartender thought I had been stood up but i had guys to the left of me, so i snuck looks at them when i could.

After a lovely, long awaited catch up with my friend, i meet up with Emma and Sofie to grab my ticket, and it was back to the hotel to get ready for the welcome party at Ghillie Dhu. Karaoke, winning prizes and me fangirling when i saw Samantha Towle and Katie Ashley RIGHT NEXT TO ME resulted in me going mute. Journey – Dont Stop Believin’ was the last song to play, as always and while waiting for a taxi, a couple came over and asked what we were doing in Sexy Guy Land. I pimped out my girls and told her to download their books. She bloody better have!

Saturday morning and SIGNING DAY. Emma left pretty early and then i got a call  from her saying she had forgot her stand. So Sofie’s husband took me to the event and when Emma got her stand, i joined the queue. I was messaging Nicola – a girl I had met at the London Event last year. She asked where I was standing and we then realised she was standing behind me the whole time! Too funny. When the doors opened, 20 people at a time were going in, to break us up and when it got to us, i was buzzing.

I met everyone i wanted to meet, i gushed over who i wanted to gush over and i blushed over their comments. Cora Carmack said my hair was awesome and she asked about my necklace. Told her to go to Primark, so i hope she did in the end. Christina Lauren told me I was adorable as did most of the authors, which was pretty damn awesome. I took selfies with Rebecca Donovan and A. Meredith Walters. I had a giggle with Jay Crownover. R.K Lilley had to bend for me to have a pic with her as I’m such a short ass. Katie Ashley remembered me/my tweet that i sent the night before about being too afraid to go up to her at the welcome party. She is amazing! Olivia Cunning is freaking awesome. I love that woman. And all the authors LOVED my photobook….it helped that he was a hot, topless guy in a kilt! I thanked Kristen Proby for writing about PCOS and she told me that meant a lot. Abbi Glines is a sweetheart, E.K Blair and Nastasha Boyd are way too cute too! I adored them ❤

Despite walking around by myself, the day went past in a blizzard and before I knew it, I had seen everyone I wanted to meet and more. I had also not eaten all day (to be honest, I hadnt really had food all weekend, apart from a meal with my friend) so i left Sofie and Emma to wrap up the signing and binged in the hotel room on ice cream, crisps and a kitkat. I know how to rock it. When the girls came back, we didnt have time to eat, so we got ready for the night, found a Subway and then went to Cabaret Voltaire for the after party. It was a nice place but absolutely boiling so we ended up going upstairs and next door where we could sit down and drink. When we were leaving, we spent a lot of time outside chatting to fellow bloggers and people we hadn’t seen all weekend. It was really nice to meet the people i had been talking to online and to meet new people too.

Emma and I stayed up quite late and it wasnt until house keeping knocked at 10am and woke us up that we had to get up. We packed and headed to the airport. Emma could check-in but i couldnt so we went to get some food and waited until i could. Emma had to leave me as I could check-in until 1.30pm, so when i did, i raced through security to spend a few mins with her until she had to go. My flight wasnt until half 3 so i had another hour. To me utter disbelief, and with only 15 mins until my gate opened, my flight got cancelled. I walked the length of departures to see if i was seeing things. i wanst.

I was freaking out. My first time alone in an airport and my flight is cancelled. What do i do? Who do i go to? I searched for an information desk….there isnt one. I walked BACK into security and asked them. They told me to go to the BA desk. Went there and got told to go back to the check-in desk. I was close to tears by this point, on the phone to my mum. Not a lot she could do. So at the check-in desk, they had no idea it was cancelled – brilliant right? then they werent giving us any information and the lady took us to a ticket sales desk. We must have been there about an hour until they told us it was cancelled, and they were trying to get us on another flight. I was near the front and managed to get on the later flight – where there were only 8 tickets! i think i had number 6. But the others had to get a BUS to GLASGOW and get a flight back to Cardiff. Thank god that wasnt me. They gave us all a £5 food voucher so i bought a brownie and a fruit juice in Costa and then the dreaded 4 hour wait occurred for the 7.45pm flight home.

IMG_3973

I cant tell you how exhausted and stressed and lonely I felt spending near enough 8 hours locked inside of Edinburgh airport. Thank god i put my phone charger in my hand luggage. I sat reading Scoring Wilder, music in, willing the time to speed up so i could get home. I slept most the flight home and I was drained when i saw my dad and just wanted my bed.

Despite me and flying alone not having a great relationship, i adored Edinburgh. I fell in love with Scotland and I really, really want to go back NOW. I am actually mulling over the idea of moving there, thats how badly i loved that place.

If you ever get the chance, go there. It’s beyond amazing and beautiful and mesmerising and i just hope that in the next year or so i will be up there, with the hunks of Scotland and their accents, basking in the utmost beauty of it all.

IMG_3825

ALSO keep an eye out, I will be arranging a GIVEWAY with signed books by Emma Hart and Kerry Heavens and a whole lot of swag! I’ll hopefully have it up and running by this weekend!

Excerpt

I throw a few bills at the cab driver and slam the door behind me as I get out, my eyes tracing the silhouette of Aaron Stone sitting on my bench.

“If this happens again, Mr. Stone, I may have to look into taking legal action. Two nights in a row? I hardly imagine you sitting outside my house is a coincidence.”

He looks up, his eyes piercing in the evening darkness. “Back to work, Miss Black?”

“I have a job. As much as I’d love to sit around and feel sorry for myself, I’m afraid I have far more important things to do.” I stroll past him and put my key in the door.

He closes his hand around mine. “Things, or people?”

“I fail to see what business it is of yours.”

“It’s very much my business, as you’re well aware.”

“Perhaps in your opinion. But if it will make you feel better, it’s things, not people.” I turn around. “I’m not back to work fully. Yet.”

“Yet?”

“I have to earn money somehow, and my big spenders aren’t pretty little rich boys who need a date for the night. So yes, yet.”

“Never,” he growls, leaning into me. “You aren’t fucking another guy, Dayton.”

“That’s not your decision, Aaron. You had your chance to decide that, and you blew it. Now if you’d like to remove yourself from my property, I’d appreciate it.”

His lips touch mine in a scorching, forceful kiss that knocks me backward. I gasp at the sudden touch, and he slides his tongue between my lips. His hands cup my face, holding me against him, and my back is flush against the door. He tastes of the woody whiskey he adores, and he tastes of power and determination and finality.

“Tell me one thing,” he says, his lips brushing across mine with his words. “Has anyone else kissed these lips?” His thumb comes between us and flicks my bottom lip.

Who the fuck does he think he is, answering that question? I’m ready to push him away, to shove him on his ass, but instead what happens is a whisper of, “Fuck you.”

“Answer the fucking question, Dayton.”

My chest heaves at the thickness of his voice. I can hear the emotion beneath the demand. “No. They haven’t,” I answer.

His lips crash against mine once more, rougher, harsher. I can feel nothing but his palms rough against my cheeks and his lips soft against my own. His tongue sweeping through my mouth and owning it completely. The ball of need building in my lower stomach and sending aches down through my pussy.

He kisses me deeply, completely dominating my mouth, possessing me until I’m consumed by him and for a long moment, I forget why this shouldn’t be happening.

Until he pulls back, his nose resting alongside mine, and I remember again.

I take a deep breath, meeting his eyes as the reality of what just happens settles into a heavy ball in my chest. “You have five seconds to get your ass out of here before I go crazy at you.”

He smirks, igniting a new kind of fury inside me. “Remember that next time you think what you do is none of my business.”

Late Call (#1) – Emma Hart

LATE CALL COVERSynopsis

She’s a high class call girl. He’s taking over his father’s business.

Seven years ago, they fell in love in Paris.

They walked away at the end of the summer, never imagining they’d meet again.

Now he’s her client.

We fell in love the way you jump from a cliff. Hard and fast with a reckless sense of abandon. The six weeks we spent together changed my life, but at seventeen, I was naive. I was a dreamer. A believer.

Now I’m twenty-four and cynical. I don’t believe in love. There’s no place for such emotions as a high class escort. The only things I’m allowed to feel are physical – and that’s why it’s so damn hard when the client of a last minute job turns out to be the man I left in France seven years ago. When he buys me for six weeks at triple my rate, my agent makes it clear I have no choice but to take the job despite our previous relationship. And my heart makes it very clear I have to stay firmly on top of the cliff this time.

Because for six weeks, I once again belong to Aaron Stone

My Review

You know when you have been with an author from the start? Read their very first books, pimped the hell out of them and then forged an amazing friendship with them? You see how much time and effort they put into their books, how much their writing has gone from strength to strength and how much they appreciate everyone’s help in making that book/series popular?

Well I can honestly say that from all the books I’ve read by Emma Hart (Including two that aren’t released yet ;)) I have to say that Late Call is most definitely a favourite and one that needs to be on my bookshelf. Leaving behind the NA genre and delving into the Adult world, it was only a matter of time before Emma showed us her true calling. (Not saying NA isn’t her calling either, because I LOVE The Memories series and The Game series) but there is just something about Late Call that shows Emma’s style off. From the sexual prowess of Aaron to the sultry sexiness from Dayton.

You would be forgiven for thinking this book was just about sex. No. It’s not. There is so much depth, so much confliction in both characters, especially with Dayton, whom you will feel for, due to the torment she is going through with Aaron. Six years is a long time and to just feel all the emotions you had felt back then, all rush forward will knock you for six. But deep down you know you have to treat him like a client, not like the boy you fell deeply in love with all those years ago. To pretend is so much harder than it seems and Dayton, no matter how hard she tries to keep away, so cant help falling back in love with Aaron, especially when Aaron will use every chance he gets to remind her of their love affair six years ago and THAT is why he buys her time. Six whole weeks to make her remember Paris, the love they had for each other and that she is his and no man will ever love her like he does.

This is a second chance at love story, a love between a call girl and a business man looking to take over his father’s company. But its also about first loves and how they never go away no matter how long time has passed.

Dayton was content with her life. She became a call girl to get through college and after decided she was too good and the pay was amazing so it became her career. She earns a hell of a lot to just give it all up. One night she has to step in to escort and who should she face but her first love Aaron. After that night, Aaron buys her time at triple her rate and she is stuck with him for 6 weeks, getting over the world. Has time passed or is there a chance to rekindle their affair when they were teenagers? I really loved Dayton. She was spunky, sarcastic and independent. She knew her mind, knew what she wanted and how to get it. She was great at her career and its no wonder she was the highest paid call girl on the books.

But underneath all that she is still a woman, a woman with feelings and a woman who was left heartbroken when she left Paris. She had her heart torn out and worked so hard to get over Aaon that old feelings rush back and she has no choice but to push they to the back of her mind, to try and treat him like every other client and not get involved – Call girls don’t fall in love – but no matter how much she tries to push him away, he comes back and in the end her defences drop, leaving her vulnerable to Aaron and she accepts that fact she will always love him, but dude! Shit has gone down and I was in a state of shock much like Dayton. I wanted to cuddle her, take away the pain she was feelings and I watched her defences go back up. I hope everything works out in Final Call and she beats the shit into Aaron.

Now let’s go onto Aaron. I’m not the biggest fan of reading about how the girl falls for the CEO and all that jazz but Emma has made me fall in love with Aaron. He works for his father and will be taking over the business. At first site of Dayton, he cant believe the love of his life is standing in front of him, no less a call girl. He wants to catch up, wants to know everything about her again so when he buys her time, he knows she has no choice but to go where he goes and he kind of loves that – he’s a demanding guy and wont take no for an answer and she is pretending to be his girlfriend after all. He sees this as a chance to show her he still loves her, show her that no one has and will match up to her. Every chance he sets out to show her how great their summer in Paris was and how he still remembers the little things about her, things that shouldn’t matter but they do.

Aaron is just a breath of fresh air; he’s hard working, a guy who wants Dayton to himself and will do whatever he can to get her love back. He knows his way around her body, knows what to say to turn her off, piss her off and leave her hanging. He wants to make her happy, wants to be by her side and he’s fun. No matter how rich or alpha he is, he can let loose and enjoy himself with Dayton, enjoy the smallest luxuries and he’s a romantic too. The things he does, especially in Paris will make your heart soar. The city they fell in love, where they relive the summer they spent together will also be the downfall, the city where love turns to hatred and I hated that for both of them. Hated that Paris turned into a bad memory.

And you will want to smack the ever living shit out of him for that secret he was harbouring. Thank god I get to read Final Call and see how Dayton and Aaron’s relationship progresses. Silly, silly Aaron.

But I still love him. You can see the pain tearing him up. The torment over the secret that has now come out and how he wont let Dayton go. He will fight until his dying day to get her back. Now he had her, he will never let her go. And I hope to god he makes the right decision.

Emma has added a slice of sexiness. Okay, scrap that, the sex scenes and the dirty talking will make you fan yourself. Turn you in goo and wish you were the one Aaron was throwing around and seducing with those freaking orgasm-inducing words and moves. Not only do you feel the connect between Dayton and Aaron, you know for a fact they are most definitely compatible in bed and outside of it. They know what to say and do to turn each other on and leave the other hanging and gagging for one another. I loved how Aaron and Dayton could feel each other, searched each other out and how they were just made for each other and as fate would have it, found one another again.

But my god! I shouted at Emma for the cliffhanger she leaves you with. I didnt’ see it coming at all. No little hints, nothing and it hit me right between the eye so much so I was in complete shock over what I had just read. I just couldn’t fathom it and now I need to know what is going to happen in Final Call and I can. Yes, yes, Final Call is my next read 😉

BOOK TOUR: The Right Moves (#3) – Emma Hart

Today on The Book Lovers, Emma will be sharing her top 5 females characters she has written!

—————————————————————-

THE RIGHT MOVES COVERSynopsis

Her past is wrought with demons.
His past is full of heartbreak.
Yet he’s the one person that can remind her what it means to live.

Abbi Jenkins never thought she would leave the walls of the mental institution that’s housed her for the last year. Now she has, but that doesn’t mean she’s forgotten everything Pearce put her through.
She knows there’s only one way to deal with the depression that claws at her mind each day, and ballet becomes more than a hobby, a dream. Ballet – and Julliard – becomes a reason to live. Something to hold on for.

The Right Moves UK CoverBlake Smith left London for one reason and one reason only. Running from the heartbreak of his past was never something he wanted to do, but with constant reminders everywhere he turned, it became his only option. When he arrives in New York City, he vows he’ll keep the promise he made to his sister and get into Juilliard.

But he doesn’t expect to be paired with Abbi in class, the girl whose eyes show a world of pain he’s seen before. Pain he knows too well. As each hour they spend together pulls them closer, Blake can’t fight his need to save her from herself.

Lines blur as their pasts are wrenched into the open, and they have to ask themselves whether they’re too broken to ever to be fixed, or if they’re the healing the other needs.

1. My favourite female lead is Abbi, from The Right Moves. A huge part of me went into writing her, given my own personal struggle with depression over the last few years. Her story was a journey for both of us, and the strength I admire in her as a character, I can now see in myself. She’s my best book girlfriend, easily.

2. Dayton, from Late Call, coming May 1st. Ah, my call girl. She waited a year for me to write her story, and as I did I discovered she was full of spunk and takes no shit. Aaron might be a demanding rich guy, but she’s strong enough and independent enough to tell him when to stfu. I love it.

3. Roxy, from Worth the Risk, coming May 29th. She definitely picked the wrong path, and I believe her journey in the book is the greatest one of all my characters. She only ever needed someone to believe in her, and when she finds that in Kyle, her growth is astounding. And she is really, really kick ass.

4. Megan, from Playing for Keeps. Her love of books and Mr. Darcy. I think we’re all in agreement on this.

5. Leah, from a secret project. Without giving too much away, she’s strong and determined like the rest of my girls, but also grows in her own way. The biggest thing she learns is not to judge a person by what you hear, and I can’t wait to share her story with you.

  ————————————————————

UNOFFICIAL BLURB:

Her past is wrought with demons.
His past is full of heartbreak.
Yet he’s the one person that can remind her what it means to live.

Abbi Jenkins never thought she would leave the walls of the mental institution that’s housed her for the last year. Now she has, but that doesn’t mean she’s forgotten everything Pearce put her through.

She knows there’s only one way to deal with the depression that claws at her mind each day, and ballet becomes more than a hobby, a dream. Ballet – and Julliard – becomes a reason to live. Something to hold on for.

Blake Smith left London for one reason and one reason only.

  ————————————————————

EXCERPT (from Abbi’s POV):

We always seem to be somewhere when it’s getting dark,” I comment absently, stepping from Blake’s hold and walking to the edge of the shelter. I look over the water, a few lone ducks still swimming along.

I see him shrug as he steps up beside me. He rests his elbows on the ledge and leans forward, his bicep brushing my arm.

Hiding in plain sight,” he says simply.

I blink harshly, suddenly glad for the darkening of the sky. Something I said so casually, like it meant nothing, and he’s remembered it. He’s remembered it and somehow he’s applied it to everything we’ve done so far. He’s letting me hide right where he can see me.

He seems to understand so much about me – about how I feel, how to deal with the crazy breakdowns that can happen any second. He doesn’t blink at them and nothing seems to faze him. It’s unnerving and reassuring at the same time.

It’s my favorite time of day,” I admit, twiddling my fingers. “Right now, when day is giving way to night. It’s the point I can drop the fake smile and stop pretending like everything is perfect. There are so many shadows and dark places I can barely recognize my own amongst them, and it’s a relief.”

You can’t pretend all the time.” He turns his face toward mine, and his eyes are so serious I have to fight not to look back at him. “Anyone who smiles the way you do can’t have a fake one all the time. Either that, or you’re an even better actress than you are a dancer and I don’t see how that’s possible.”

Maybe not all the time,” I say slowly and quietly. “I don’t always need to pretend. Sometimes it really is okay.”

Like when you dance.”

I tilt my head toward him, my eyes meeting his through my hair, and I whisper, “Like when I’m with you.”

Synopsis

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Emma Hart, comes the second book in The Game series, and the story everyone wanted after The Love Game…

She’s in love with him.
He’s trying not to love her.
One night changes everything.

Aston Banks never meant to get close to Megan Harper – not even for that one night. Haunted by a childhood he refuses to face, he knew she could break through every wall he’d ever built and tear them down without even realizing she was doing it.

Betraying Braden by starting a relationship with Aston wasn’t on Megan’s to-do list, but the second she sees a glimpse of someone other than the arrogant ass she’s come to know, she can’t walk away.

Aston’s childhood is worse than Megan ever guessed, but as he tries and fails to push her away, it’s clear her love is stronger than the demons that cling to him every day. And now, because of it, he finally has to deal with what he’s buried deep down.

What he doesn’t want to face. What he’s fought against for so long.

And they have to do it all without Braden finding out.

Keeping a relationship secret has never been harder.

Synopsis

A New York Times and USA Today bestseller!

His challenge? Make her fall in love with him.
Her challenge? Play the player.
Until life changes the rules of the game.

Maddie Stevens hated Braden Carter on sight. Arrogant, egotistical, and the playboy of the University of California, Berkeley, he’s everything her brother Pearce has taught her to despise. So why, when the girls challenge her to play the player, doesn’t she say no? She doesn’t know either.

Braden wanted fiery little Maddie the second he laid eyes on her – and he’d do anything to have her, hence why he’s agreed to make her fall in love with him. After all, it’s the only way he’ll get what he wants. Sex.

But, as Braden discovers, there’s more to the girl from Brooklyn than he ever imagined – and he can’t help but care about the broken girl behind those pretty green eyes.

Maddie finds Braden isn’t just a walking erection – he actually has feelings. He can be sweet, funny and his good looks don’t exactly hurt. That means trouble – but when her brother Pearce turns up in Berkeley begging for her help, she realises Braden and Pearce aren’t so alike anymore.

And maybe, just maybe, they’re exactly what each other needs.
