Sooooo, I’m not really waiting on Just Human…well I am because I will buy it, but I have already read it 😀
I wanted to feature Kerry, as I have featured all my other close author friends and now her cover has been revealed, its timeeeee to add Kerry to my WOW 🙂

Synopsis

Meet Liv and Danny…

Liv loves Danny. She knows she loves him more than he loves her, so she lets him go without a fight when his parents make him move back to America. She knows she will never love anyone like she loved him, but she has to move on.

About the Author

Ilsa wrote her first work at the age of twelve when she penned a little ditty about a handsome prince who had no sense. Since then, she’s written plays, poems, and numerous short stories. Very Bad Things is her first full-length novel and part of a new series called Briarcrest Academy.

She graduated summa cum laude with a master’s in English. After graduation, she directed plays, worked with autistic children, helped start a children’s clothing company, and eventually had a family. Now, she spends her days with two small kids and her Viking husband. This book is superbly written and beautifully descriptive without being overdone. Instead each word paints the picture of ducal times where the mighty Cynster family reign supreme with warrior like noble men that personify Alpha males to the extreme in a way that leaves you titillated.

Sylvester Sebastian “Devil” Cynster, head of the family barrels down the lane on his demon horse and happens upon Honoria Prudence Wetherby…and a dying man.

From the beginning I was engaged and loved every moment Honoria and Devil traded quips and all the tender moments they encountered.

I’ve been reading a lot of contemporary books lately, but historical romances are my first love and this was a perfect story to get caught up in.

I read this in one sitting and did not want to put it down. Devil is so sensuously hot. He is my perfect man- Tall, dark, extremely handsome you can’t tear your eyes away, and dominating and commands respect from everyone but allows his woman to be the exception. Because in the Cynster family, when a man finds his wife, she rules over his heart completely.

I love a good story where it’s the man who knows what he wants and tries to convince his woman that it’s the best course of action.

“I am not marrying you just so I can go to bed with you. I mean-” She caught herself up and breathlessly amended, “So that you can go to bed with me.”

…Grimly, he nodded. “Fine.” Tightening his grip on her hand, he tuned and stalked on… “You,” he stated, as they rounded the corner of the house, “can marry me for a host of sensible, socially acceptable reasons. I’ll marry you to get you into my bed.”

The love scenes are smoldering and tangible. Ms. Laurens writes them as they’re meant to me, breathtaking and beautiful with so much heart and palatable love. I encourage every fan of a good romping romance with a mystery to solve to give this book a try. I loved every minute of it and believe you will too.
